WHO WE ARE

Our vision is to consistenley deliver high standards of care and support for all our service users. Offer them a safe warm environment where they are actively  engaged with various activities aimed at giving them a better quality of life.

We are commited to delivering exceptional outcomes; giving vulnerable adults we support the opportunity to live a fulfilled and active lifestyle within the community.

We  have an effective and senior management group that are able to manage a well trained team. Ensuring that we deliver our services with the 5 key lines of inquiry always close to mind.

The staff team has the skills, qualifications and experience in supporting people, working towards living as independently as possible. We can be trusted not to deviate from our values because of our commitment to the highest professional standards.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

Our main aim is to provide an environment where our service users can achieve a higher standard of life. We aim to equip the people we support with the knowledge, skills and abilities as far as their mental and physical capacity can go, to enable control of their lives as much as possible;  thereby enabling them to feel more fulfilled in life through the range of opportunities offered to them.


Tackle some of the problems faced by vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, leaving residential care or hospitals or from family homes and transferring to supported living services.


To operate the service offering, a bespoked care/support plan to the individual service user needs.


Provide services to people  we support in or outside their own homes at a time and in a way that is agreed by them or the recognised stakeholder/family.


The enable vulnerable adults to develop their confidence and maintain their dignity by retaining control of the care and support services they receive as far as possible.


Furthermore we aim to:

Actively provide access to appropriate health and social care services.


To provide experienced and committed staff that have the appropriate expertise and training to provide a holistic service to adults with a range of complex needs.


To promote a culture of continual learning within the staff team and foster continual improvement in service delivery.


To operate accordingly within the relevant legislative framework and CQC compliant practice.


To establish and maintain effective lines of communication and joint working relationships with referring agencies and relevant health and social care teams
